In our third year of partnership with the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), we bring new insights into legal marketing technology to the sector. This includes our first opportunity to use the Adoption Ratio to look back and benchmark against last year's findings. We also examine the impact and evolution of AI on legal marketing and the critical manual processes keeping firms moving forward.
